From 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. is time to enjoy! The evening buffet offers a wide variety of dishes: warming soups, delicious starters, a choice of several main courses, a crisp salad bar, and sweet desserts to round off the meal. Bon appétit!

In the event of an alarm, please leave the hotel immediately via the marked emergency exits. These are clearly signposted on all floors and will lead you quickly and safely outside. There are also fire extinguishers on each floor that can be used in an emergency - do not hesitate to use them if necessary. An up-to-date escape and emergency plan is located directly in your room, usually on the door or clearly visible in the entrance area.

On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 15:00 at the hotel reception.

Bathrobes are available at reception. We charge a rental fee of € 10 per item for the duration of your stay.

Disposable slippers are available free of charge at reception. Just let us know - we will be happy to provide you with them.

Our restaurant is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The restaurant bar is open until 11:00 PM, and during the winter season, you can enjoy drinks at our Alp’in Bar in the basement from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Open fires are not permitted anywhere in the hotel. Please note that if the fire alarm is triggered incorrectly, costs of up to € 500 may be incurred for the fire department.

If you would like to do some shopping during your stay, you can get all the important information about supermarkets and stores directly at reception.

Electronic connections with 230 volt alternating current are available in your room.

For all those who would like to explore the surrounding area on two wheels: Information on bike rental - including e-bikes - is available directly at our reception. We will be happy to advise you on rental stations, prices and the most beautiful routes in the region.

If you want to change money during your stay, you can do this at the Raiffeisenbank Hohe Tauern in Kaprun. The bank is located at Wilhelm-Fazokas-Straße 2c and can be reached by telephone on +43 6547 82450.

We are happy to offer you free luggage storage for your arrival or departure. Please note, however, that the hotel accepts no liability for deposited luggage.

The main entrance is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you return to the hotel outside these hours, please use the night entrance next door.

The Gasthof Mühle bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel. You can use public transport between Zell am See and Kaprun free of charge with a valid ski pass, and travel within Kaprun is free for all guests - even without a ski pass. In summer, you can also travel free of charge and environmentally friendly by bus and train through the region with the Guest Mobility Ticket.

We are a non-smoking hotel. Please note that the balconies and terraces - both in the rooms and in the restaurant - are also non-smoking.

The safe is located in the wardrobe in your room. Please follow the operating instructions to use it correctly and keep your valuables safe.

The wellness area is open from 3 pm to 9 pm. A Finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabin and steam bath are available - perfect for winding down at the end of the day and recharging your batteries. Children aged 14 and over can enter accompanied by an adult, and those aged 16 and over can enter alone.

If you lose your room key, a fee of €150 will be charged. Please contact reception immediately so that we can help you quickly.

You can treat yourself to a little break in the indoor pool - whether for refreshment or for a few relaxing lengths. The pool is open daily from 7 am to 9 pm. Please take a shower before using the pool - this will keep the water pleasant and clean for all guests.

The ski depot is located in the basement. Practical ski boot warmers are available there - so you can hit the slopes every day with warm, dry boots!

The Gasthof Mühle ski bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel. Between Zell am See and Kaprun you can use the ski bus free of charge with the Guest Mobility Card or a valid ski pass. Within Kaprun, the ride is free for all guests - even without a ski pass.
